HEAL YOUR GUT! - THE PROTOCOL (Body Healing/Detox Series)

Welcome to the Body Healing Detox Series - This section of the blog will give you tips on how and why you should detox your body & heal your gut. It will outline the benefits, the protocol and many tips for cleansing the body of parasites, candida overgrowth and much more. One of the main areas of focus will be healing the gut as it is considered to be the home of your second brain known as the "enteric nervous system". This little brain has a direct link between your digestion, mood and overall health and well-being. Not to mention, many refer to it as the seat of your "intuition". So in order to get those clear signals and "gut feelings", along with a healthy body and bright mood, cleansing the gut is of paramount importance.


Firstly, Why should you heal your gut?

In today's society so many humans suffer from all sorts of digestive, gut health and immune system disorders that can go on to create further serious illness and disease with time and age. Most people go their entire lives not even knowing or realising that their internal organs are damaged to some extent. Only in old age do they wonder why their organs are failing and giving up on them. Majority of us pin it down to age related or hereditary factors, a.k.a, "it runs in the family". However I am here to tell you that the rabbit hole goes much, much deeper than that, and the only reason it runs in your family is due to the habitual eating habits and patterns that we each take on from our elders. Let's just say, it ran in the family, until it ran into you! At last, the generational curse breaker, the healer of the ages!


When assessing this subject from an energetic perspective, the Solar Plexus Chakra, where the gut resides is our "Power Centre". It is the primary source in energetic terms for the generation of energies such as confidence, courage, inner strength, and feeling in tune with our divine source of power. There are many such energies present on this planet that wish to dim this light and power within us so that we remain stuck and stagnant, feeling useless, powerless and worthless; in which case most humans then submit to a formal role of slavery - being at the mercy of some "authoritative figure or body of government which rules over us". These forces usually utilise programming, conditioning and subliminal messaging to coerce humans into eating, drinking, and consuming things which cause blockages to our gut health. In turn creating blockages to the intuition and third eye space (vision of foresight) which is directly linked to the Solar Plexus Chakra and Gut Health. Why? Because if we knew our true power, poverty, illness, slavery, scarcity, separation and segregation would cease to exist.



Why a Conscious Awareness of Diet is Vital on your Ascension Journey

It all starts with our diet, as what we put in to our body is of the utmost importance and determines how well our body will function (or not function) given the conditions that it's harbouring internally. This is true for all things in the physical 3D world, including our energetic field. If we get down to the seriousness of it all, our water is full of chemicals, the animals and plants people consume are pumped and sprayed full of chemicals, the perfumes we wear, the creams and lotions and the list is endless. But among all of this there is one thing we have full control over, and that is what we put in to our bodies on the physical and spiritual level ie. what we consume.

With new burger joints around every corner, fast and easy meals delivered to your door in a 9-5 world, it's no wonder our generation has become the most sick generation to have ever lived. The number of people with constipation, IBS, leaky gut and autoimmune diseases are on the rise, and very few of them realise there are cures and ways to reverse these illnesses. Many doctors themselves are not well versed in these areas unless they specialise in a particular fields. It is important to note, that if we can inflict disease upon ourselves, we can also heal and purify the pain ourselves, it just takes a little time and patience but it is doable! Ahh, time and patience, the two greatest teachers and stepping stones to wisdom. How and where to begin you say? Let me take you on a little journey to help guide the way!

Some years ago I considered myself a pretty "healthy" person. I trained at the gym 4-6 times a week, grew some muscles, ate relatively healthy foods and somehow STILL ended up with stomach issues, intolerances, inability to digest meat and skin conditions beyond my understanding. I mean I looked great on the surface, but then you open the closet and it's overflowing full of all the crap you've shoved in there to avoid having to do the "real" cleaning haha. Eventually I gave up meat, which helped significantly as my body was unable to process and digest it on time and therefore it gave me a lot of bacterial infections, to the point of puss oozing from the eyes! I'm pretty stubborn when it comes to food I like, so call it a sign from above that it was time for me to stop unconsciously eating my friends, and maybe it was the only way because I for one was a meatasaurus lol. I have been able to incorporate it back into my diet now as a conscious alchemist knowing that I have the ability to transmute the energy and assist those souls to ascend. Anything done in balance and moderation, with mindful awareness and higher intentions is always fruitful for all energies involved. I will discuss more on that in another blog post.



On my quest to heal my body, I spent hundreds of dollars, went to the best doctors, had scan after scan, and things shoved into places no one wants things shoved in. After all the failed attempts and no one being able to diagnose what I had, I began my own body of research. After a Master's and almost going back for a PHD to pass time, researching wasn't new to me, only now, I was on a mission for something I actually cared about, something that could change my view on humanity and our capability to heal. It was during my sleepless nights of reading, learning, watching seminars, and information overload that I realised I had something called Leaky Gut Syndrome. In today's world, this is a common issue, due to the types of food and drinks we consume, they can cause tiny microscopic holes in the lining of the gut, which then allows food waste and toxins to seep through into the blood stream and cause all sorts of autoimmune diseases.


During my time of sleepless nights and intense research, I found that the very first step to healing and restoring your intestines, liver, gut, and other organs in the body is to flush out and remove the toxins that are there to begin with (not all hero's wear capes)! The gut is where all health issues stem from and if we leave our digestive systems and intestines unattended without clearing our bowls regularly, the toxins and bad bacteria will wreck havoc on our entire blood circulation system and various other systems in the body including the nervous system and lymphatic system.


So where does one begin?

With this understanding of the physical and energetic implications of Gut Health, it is important to implement a Gut Healing Protocol that is specifically designed and formulated toward Healing, Repairing, Restoring and Maintaining the Gut Health. The body is such a sophisticated mechanism, if we just leave it alone for a while and don't continue to pile pressure, stress and excess food consumption into the mix, it has the ability to heal & repair itself. However in this case, a little assistance from our end and incorporating a holistic approach where the mind, body, soul and emotions are all consciously focused & aligned, you can heal years worth of damage in a number of months. From experience I would say at the very least give yourself 3-6 months to see the full results. That's pretty fair considering it's probably taken a life time to "F%*K yourself up in the first place!


THE PROTOCOL


STEP 1. PREPARATION: So remember when I said you have to be prepared? Well, it's no joke, you seriously gotta prepare yourself mentally, physically and most of all emotionally before you do any detox or cleanse. Remember this is a promise to yourself to heal, that only you can keep. It's okay to slip and slide here and there but for the most part, the more disciplined and determined you can be, the greater the fruits of your action and labour will be. Our emotions have a huge impact on our ability to heal. The signals we send to our body about how we feel about ourselves can create a positive or negative impact depending on our state of being. If we can truly believe we have the capacity to heal, then we can achieve results in a much shorter span of time.



To prepare yourself mentally, I highly recommend listening to some body healing affirmations in the morning or prior to sleeping (you can find that here). This will help to prepare your subconscious mind, as well as act as an aid throughout your healing process. You can also listen to high frequency music and binaural beats that are designed to help detox, purify and cleanse the body (you can find these on youtube or other music streaming platforms). These few steps alone will help you tremendously on a mental and emotional level, which will have a direct impact on your physical state. When you go in with full trust and faith that you WILL heal, the universe will bless you with the strength to get it done!


To begin with, I would suggest adding in our Lemon & Vitamin Infused Mornin' Juice! STEP 2: ELIMINATION: Firstly, you want to eliminate any mental, physical and emotional stressors from your environment. If you have a tendency to worry, stress, carry tension, it's time to let it go and release it so you can focus on positive healing energies. Strenuous exercise and stressful work loads and environments should also be kept to a minimum. During the elimination phase it is important to remove all foods, chemicals and substances that may cause issues, intolerances or burden to your system. If you have intolerances and are aware of the triggers/causes, go ahead and eliminate those foods and triggers from your diet/environment. We also recommend eradicating alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, chemical medication and sugars from your diet completely while you undergo this detox to get the maximum benefits/results. The less toxins and harsh substances in your body and energy fields, the better!


Once you have eliminated the foods/substances that could be causing issues, it's time to begin cleansing the intestines and colon area. Getting rid of any build up and layers of gluten around the lining of your intestinal tract is very important as it could block you from receiving the nutrients and good bacteria you put into your body in the restoration phase. It would be a good idea at this point to reduce glutenous foods and opt for sourdough type breads, fermented and gluten free alternatives. We recommend commencing these during the second week of your detox to have a sort of "flow" going in your routine. These two steps will help to clean out and prepare your digestive system for the next stages of the healing process.


STEP 3: REPAIR & RESTORE: From the third week onwards, we are well into one month! Now you can begin the repair and restoration phase which can last up to 2 and a half to 3 months depending on how quickly your body begins to adjust. Give yourself the time and compassion you need. During this phase, you will instinctively as well as physically be able to feel the difference in your over-all health and well-being. During the repair and restore process, we recommend adding nutrient dense, anti-inflammatory, and alkaline boosting foods into your diet. During this time period, I commenced the Parasite cleanse 1 week after Elimination whereby I took herbal tablets 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off and 2 weeks back on. STEP 4: REPLENISH: Once your body feels at least 95% - 100% restored and repaired, you can begin the replenish process. You will know if your body is ready by feeling into the shift in your health and wellbeing. As always trust your intuition. You may feel a sense of clarity, lightness, and a renewed sense of energy. Any intolerances, skin conditions or disorders you were previously experiencing will be mostly eliminated at this stage. I'd say you'll experience this in the second or third month of your detox, it could be quicker or longer depending on the severity of your condition and how much discipline you have in the elimination process + sticking to the good stuff in the repair and restore process.


In the replenishment stage, we begin to slowly re-introduce foods that were causing reactions, intolerances, or having harmful impacts prior to the detox. For e.g. if you cut out chilli's and tomato's you can slowly reintroduce them in a sandwich or by adding them to one of your gut healing recipes. Slowly begin to add more and more as the weeks go by to ensure a healthy and balanced diet. Remember not to go overboard, as your gut is like a fresh baby at this stage, cute and delicate, you don't want to take the same route that you took which made you sick in the first place!


Please don't drop it on it's head! Instead, begin appreciating the foods you eat, as you reintroduce them be grateful and thankful that you can eat again! Go with what resonates here but pray over your food, bless your food, be grateful and thankful for the food, set the intention to raise the vibration of your food and give gratitude to any being who has donated their body to help you repair yours as you set the intention to help their soul transcend into the light. The conscious awareness, mindfulness, purpose and intention behind everything we do is what truly makes all the difference, as energy always proceeds the physical manifestation. Continue to practice any energy healing tools, methods and resources that helped you throughout this cleanse, as they are more than likely to assist you throughout your journey on earth in general. These can include things like meditation, affirmations, dedicated nature-time, salt baths, Reiki, Energy Clearing etc.


In terms of the physical side of things, I highly recommend sticking to the Mornin' juice, Supergreen smoothie and Probiotics even after your detox is done. This will help maintain a healthy gut, and digestive tract whilst boosting your immunity. I highly recommend adding the Gut Repair Natural Medicines every now and then or as needed, to act as a preventative measure even after you feel fully healed. This will help you to prevent further damage and future re-occurrences/flare-ups of the same issues. Remember this process will make you consciously aware of the emotions that may be responsible for the manifestation of illness or disease in any form in your life.

All in all, I've discovered, that with the modern day diet, door step delivery lifestyle, netflix, robots and social media, it's become increasingly important to do a physical body detox or cleanse at least once every 2 years to ensure optimal health and well-being. A social media, television, music and matrix cleanse is even more important once every few months too! Having a healthy lifestyle, making good food/consumption choices and looking after mental, emotional and physical stressors within yourself and your environment can be a huge game changer to your overall health and well-being. An active practice of meditation, some exercise along with a healthy diet can significantly reduce the impact of future sickness and disease within the body.
