THE CLEANSE, WHY SHOULD WE DO IT?

The sad truth in today's society is that so many of us suffer from all sorts of digestive, gut and immune system disorders, that can go on to create further serious illness and disease with time and age. Most people go their entire lives not even knowing or realising that their internal organs are damaged to some extent, then in old age wonder why their organs are failing and giving up on them. Majority of us pin it down to age related factors, however I am here to tell you that the rabbit hole goes much, much deeper than that.


When assessing this subject from an energetic perspective, the Solar Plexus Chakra, where the gut resides is our "Power Center". It is the primary source in energetic terms for the generation of energies such as confidence, courage, inner strength, and feeling in tune with our divine source of power. There are many such energies present on this planet that wish to dim this light and power within you so that you remain stuck and stagnant, feeling useless, powerless and worthless, in which case most humans then submit to a formal role of slavery - being at the mercy of some "authoritative figure or body of government which rules over them". These forces usually utilise programming, conditioning and subliminal messaging to coerce humans in to eating, drinking, and consuming things which cause blockages to the gut health, in turn creating blockages to the intuition and third eye space which is directly linked to the Solar Plexus and Gut Health.



Why a Conscious Awareness of Diet is Vital on your Ascension Journey


It all starts with our diet, as what we put in to our body is of the utmost importance and determines how well our body will function (or not function) given the conditions that it's harbouring internally. This is true for all things in the physical 3D world, including our energetic field. If we get down to the seriousness of it all, our water is full of chemicals, the animals and plants people consume are pumped and sprayed full of chemicals, the perfumes we wear, the creams and lotions and the list is endless. But among all of this there is one thing we have full control over, and that is what we put in to our bodies on the physical level and HOW we consume what we consume. What is the energy behind what we are eating? What is the intention? Are we binging in a state of stress? Or are we eating delicious foods whilst feeling blessed? How we FEEL and the gratitude and appreciation we infuse into everything we consume can transform any and all negative energy in to pure positive energy.

With new burger joints around ever corner, and fast easy alternative meals delivered to your door in a 9-5 world, it's no wonder our generation has become the most sick generation to have ever lived. The number of people with constipation, IBS, leaky gut and autoimmune diseases are on the rise, and very few of them realise there are cures and ways to reverse these illnesses. Many doctors themselves are not well versed in these areas until or unless they specifically specialise in such a field. It's important to note, that if we can inflict things upon ourselves, we can also heal them and remove the pain ourselves, it just takes a little time and patience but it is doable! Let me tell you how!

A few years back, on my quest to heal my body, I spent hundreds of dollars, went to the best doctors, had scan after scan, and things shoved into places no one wants things shoved in. After all the failed attempts and no one being able to diagnose what I had, I began my own body of research, in which I realised I had something called leaky gut syndrome, In today's world, this is a common issue, due to the types of food and drinks we unconsciously consume. The lack of awareness and chemical makeup of the foods, beverages and drugs (pharmaceutical and recreational) can cause tiny microscopic holes in the lining of the gut, which then allows for food waste and toxins to seep through into the blood stream and cause all sorts of autoimmune diseases. This is also one of the core reasons for intolerances and skin diseases such as eczema and psoriasis.


During my time of sleepless nights and intense research, I found that the very first step to healing and restoring your intestines, liver, gut, and other organs in the body is to flush out and remove the toxins that are there to begin with. On the energetic side, becoming more consciously aware and mindful towards what we consume and how we consume it goes a LONG way! The gut is where all health issues stem from and if we leave our digestive systems and intestines unattended without clearing our bowls regularly, the toxins and bad bacteria can wreck havoc on our entire blood circulation system and various other systems in the body. With this understanding, the the very first step towards healing is #Elimination. A quick, simple and easy way to begin your gut cleanse is to do a salt water cleanse!

A salt water cleanse will help your body to flush out the excess toxins from your digestive system naturally, by creating forced bowl movements within the system. It may sound scary, but it's perfectly safe when done in moderation as with all things. It is highly recommended to perform the cleanse first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, as this is when the body has been given time to heal and digest throughout the night and is ready to eliminate and detoxify.

SALT WATER CLEANSE DIRECTIONS

1. Simply take one table spoon of Sea Salt or Pink Himalayan Salt and add it to 1 Litre of lukewarm water. You could also add a slice or two of lemon to help balance PH/acidity levels, as lemon becomes alkaline once it enters the human body.

2. Shake the mixture together and allow the salt particles to dissolve thoroughly into the water, then drink the mixture within 5-10 minutes max. The quicker you drink it the better. The salty taste can be a little off putting so we suggest to just gulp it down knowing your doing your insides some good!

3. Allow yourself to relax and give yourself a nice belly rub, try to retain the mixture for as long as you can, however within an hour you will feel the sudden urge to go to the bathroom to empty your bowls. You may notice that you will need to go several times before the urge dies down and you are feeling much lighter and back to normal again.

4. Once you feel you are sufficiently emptied, give yourself about half an hour to an hour prior to eating. It is highly recommended to take probiotics after the cleanse to restore any good bacteria that may have been flushed out during the cleanse. Also be sure to take a digestive enzyme prior to your next meal. It is important to eat healthy fruits and vegetables that will provide you with reparative vitamins and nutrients for your gut flora and help to rebuild any structures within your digestive system. SEA SALT VS. HIMALAYAN SALT

In my personal opinion, I have tried both types of salt for a salt water cleanse and preferred the Pink Himalayan salt cleanse. I did the Sea Salt cleanse first in alkaline water and noticed I needed to go to the bathroom within half an hour. I went several times and eventually it stopped. The second time around I did it with Himalayan Salt and found the cleanse to be a lot more thorough.

I felt like a lot more "crap" that I don't need in my body came out and that it gave me a more squeaky clean! All in all they both work well in doing wonders for the digestive system and have really helped me on my gut healing journey! I highly recommend adding in a salt water cleanse into your routine even if it's just once a month or every few months! As the saying goes, prevention is the greatest cure!
