Mantras & High Vibrational Frequencies are an ancient and profound form of sound healing. For many centuries, the ancient/native Indians have utilised the power and energy frequency imprint embedded in the tone and sounds of mantra chanting to bring about change, transformation, transmutation and manifestation in their lives. The pronunciation of the words and language is an art form in itself. It holds a similar intention to that of Light Language, whereby each word and sound is like an energetic light code which assists us in reprogramming our minds, cells, and energetic/auric/electromagnetic fields and bringing them into a state of balance, alignment and harmony.
High Vibrational Frequencies are exactly as the term suggests - frequencies of sound that vibrate at a higher resonance. These sound waves have the ability to uplift our energetic/auric/etheric/electromagnetic fields into a higher dimensional timeline, which in turn assists us to align with and match the frequency of the reality we wish to create. Music is one of the most powerful healing tools on the planet as it has the ability to illicit and impact the emotion we feel from high to low and everything in between. When produced, created and utilised correctly, music is like a medicine for the soul. As Mainstream media promotes 440hz which literally lowers the vibration, here at MDP our MISSION is to produce music that holds a base of 432hz (the love frequency) and other such frequencies that are of a high vibrational resonance and promote healing, wellness, joy, vitality, peace and higher vibrations within the mind, body & soul. Positive Affirmations
The subconscious mind is one of the most powerful tools we have when it comes to healing, attracting and manifesting the kind of life that we wish to live in the physical reality. Research suggests that our subconscious thoughts, programming and conditioning are what create the reality we live. Most of the programming that is playing out through our subconscious are like "old tapes" on replay that were installed as children between the ages of 0-7 when we are functioning from the "theta state" (more receptive to suggestions). When we leave these thoughts and patterns of behaviour unattended, we continue to manifest similar outcomes and results into our lives, as if we are unconsciously on "auto-pilot". If you see your mind as a garden, each seed that is planted can either take form as a weed or a flower in bloom depending on the type of conditioning we received and what it lead us to believe about ourselves and our own personal power and potential.
Although much of the programming handed down to us came from well meaning sources, some of the thoughts, patterns, programs and behaviours seize to serve us in a positive manner as life evolves and we continue to expand. There are various tools and methods we can use to reprogram these patterns of behaviour and thoughts in order to begin to create the kind of reality we truly desire. Extensive research has shown that it takes approximately 66 days to build a habit and more than 21 days to reprogram/rewire your subconscious mind. When you listen to and repeat these positive affirmations over a period of 21 days or more, you will be able to successfully reprogram your subconscious mind to start experiencing wonderful changes in your inner & outer reality and therefore begin to work towards creating the life of your dreams! Sometimes we are just one positive thought away from attaining our true desires and ultimate destiny. All we have to do, is commit to the process and allow the benefits to show up as we begin to plant more flowers ready to bloom.
