The personal/and or sensitive information provided to us via email/online/phone is disposed of immediately once the session has been conducted and completed; so as to protect the client's privacy. All information we collect and/or receive under this section is collectively called “Personal Information.” Any live readings/and or healings conducted face to face via expos, workshops, in stores, online, via telephone or remotely are prohibited from being recorded via audio or video format. We do not consent for the recording of sensitive content due to privacy protection purposes for both the client and the provider. We do allow for clients to take notes during sessions for future references and highly recommend they dispose of these energies once they have served said purpose so as to not keep the old frequencies active in their fields. All audio recorded MP3 Format Healing & Clearing Sessions that are purchased are to be disposed of and or destroyed within 21 days of receiving the data file in order to protect the safety and privacy of the client and provider from any form of online theft, data hacking, Psychotronics, or AI Infiltration of personal fields.

2). Order & Billing Information

When you place an order, you must provide us with certain information about the products and services you are seeking to purchase. Such information is collectively called the “Order Information.” When you wish to purchase a product or service, you will be required to provide certain information in addition to the Personal Information and Order Information noted above. MUTUAL EXCHANGE POLICY:

We kindly request all clients and customers to respect our Mutual Exchange Policy, which acts a conduit for good Karma on all ends and keeps in line with the Universal Laws or Energy. In this way, any services or products that are received are required to be paid for to provide the adequate exchange. This policy is about respecting the time and energy of all parties involded and understanding the Law of Exchange and Energy required for the giving and receiving process in any and all transactions. We do not tolerate any form of abuse or slander and will immediately take action in order to rectify such a matter in and efficient manner to ensure each individual feels safe and comfortable to proceed. Any abuse or slander will be removed immediately or sessions cancelled if deemed unsafe in anyway. We require all clients and customers to comply with these policies for the safety and wellbeing of our staff and clients.

REFUND POLICY:
If for any reason the products or services do not meet your requirements, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the amount paid within 3-5 working days. All cancellations of sessions must be made 48 hours prior to the time of the appointment in order to receive a full refund. For all missed appointments/sessions you are required to contact us within 48 hours of your schedules session via email or website chat tab with a valid reason in order to reschedule without a fee. If we are notified beyond this, you will not be eligible for a full refund and will be required to rebook an appointment in order to reschedule your session. This is to keep in line with our mutual exchange policy and ensure fairness to all clients/customers to respect for time and energy on all ends.
