The Overview
As you probably already know by now, the gut is where all of our sicknesses, illnesses, ailments and diseases stem from. Unfortunately if you haven't yet come to realise this truth, your in for a rude awakening! I go into more depth about this in part 1 of the gut healing series you
can find that here: https://www.multidimensionalproductions.com/post/salt-water-cleanse-sea-salt-vs-himalayan-salt-body-healing-detox-series
The gut micro biome is crucial to the smooth functioning of our digestive and immune systems. Therefore we must take extra care and precautions to look after our gut and support the growth of healthy micro biomes within it. In order to do this, we must eat a wide range of veggies, fruits, whole grains, fermented foods, plant-based proteins and alkaline water.
However prior to really getting down to the foods we SHOULD be eating, we first need to understand what we SHOULDN'T be consuming. To be quite honest with you, the society I've grown up in is one where "food is life" were constantly just in survival mode and so we just live to eat rather than eat to live. What a lot of us fail to realise is that if we are consuming junk like GMO's. preservatives, artificial or chemically modified foods, we are LITERALLY putting all that crap in to our bodies!!! Wtf?! why? lol
Now that we've understood what the "hell" were doing to our bodies, it's time to get to the crux of it, and nurture ourselves back to heaven. Because in reality, heaven and hell are simply just an internal state of being. What you put in will always present itself to you outwardly, your body is a temple, the vessel that gets you through this earth plane, why not start treating it like one! And fear not, this is not some article where I tell you to eat plants and herbs to live a healthy life, no, I am not here to redirect you to another form of survival mode. You can still enjoy delicious foods that make your taste buds dance once you understand how to transmute and transform energy. You my friend, are an Alchemist!
But if we are keeping it real, on the healing path, food WILL act as a catalyst to help you address some deeper truths about the energy you have been carrying that has been manifesting itself as illness. From a physical standpoint however, we do need to address the current habits and eating patterns or even addictions we have adopted to keep ourselves "safe" and "surviving". The very first step in the physical process towards healing your gut is elimination. You must first remove all that gunk before you can begin to re-love, re-program & re-parent yourself through this process. Yes, it really is that deep, can you imagine how long all that sh*ts just been sitting there for? So to eliminate you need a process! One that will help you remove all that mucus and plaque build up in your colon and intestines, (but we'll save that for another day).

What is an Enema?
In the very first part of this series I showed you the first simple method I tried prior to even undergoing an enema, you can find that here:https://www.multidimensionalproductions.com/post/salt-water-cleanse-sea-salt-vs-himalayan-salt-body-healing-detox-series The second step I took as part of the Elimination Process was an Enema. Some of you may be wondering what on earth an enema is & and why should we bother doing it?
To give a brief description, an enema is an ancient yogic and Ayurvedic practice that helps to stimulate bowl movement by inserting a volume of water into the rectum. This water then goes up into your intestines and acts like a solvent. When held in the stomach from between 5 - 15 minutes, the water can assist to dissolve any built up plaque and toxic waste which will then be flushed out due to the force in bowl movement. Oh, and when I say you'll need to go, trust me, you'll need to go!
Why should we do an Enema?
As I mentioned above, when we have years and years of toxic rubbish sitting inside our bodies, how on earth can we expect to live a well balanced prosperous life on the outside! It all really comes down to energy peeps! And if you're not willing to look after your health, you'll get trapped in to just about any "shitty situation". haha, yes I just did that. So in turn, having this knowledge and knowing and understanding that an enema is a safe and natural way (when done correctly and in moderation) to just flush out our insides, what's there to lose? It's worth a try, as with all things if you never try you'll never know.
Steps to performing an Enema:
1. First thing in the AM take 1L of water and warm it to body temperature and place it into the enema pot or bag.
2. Hand the bag up about 1 meter or less to ensure a constant flow of water into the rectum. Lubricate the tip of the hose and also your anus.
3. Lay down on your belly (bathroom is preferable) into a crouched down downward dog position and gently insert the tip up to 3-4cm in to your rectum.
4. Unplug the hose and allow the water to slowly flow into your intestines. Breathe gently and consciously throughout this process.
5. Do your best to hold the water in for 5-15 minutes, laying down and rubbing your tummy on each side and on your back. This will help ease any cramps and soothe the process, ensuring maximum hold so the water can do its job and cleanse the system.
6. Next thing you know it, your in the loo cleansing out a "shit load" of build up! Haha - Happy Healing!
My Experience:
To be quite honest, when I first came across the idea I was genuinely skeptical, not because I didn't believe in it, but just the thought of shoving something up the backside just wasn't all that fancy! Nonetheless, me being me, I needed to heal! And this leaky gut had just gotten out of hand! So I had to find a way to eliminate all that gunk before I can rebuild and repair everything properly this time. No more sickness, I'm over it! So I ordered a disposable kit online at: www.enemakits.com.au and it arrived within a week.
I then took a few days to really gather myself before I tried the experience, and made sure I was keeping an eye on my diet in those few days to make the process smoother. I was eating more veggies and fruit, which we should be doing regardless of an Enema! Anyway when I did it the first time I hung the kit up too high and the rush of water was too fast and too much that I had to immediately go! But then I emptied out so much excess waste and prepared for another go.
The second time it was a lot easier and I was mentally prepared. I lowered where I placed the enema kit and just allowed the process to happen and became conscious of myself and my reactions. I got up and went to lay on my bed, nurtured my stomach and held the water inside for a full 5 minutes. That was as much as I could hold, but nonetheless, it still worked! It helped me to remove so many toxins and excess waste and I felt lighter and so much more present. Your gut is said to be a second brain, it's responsible for so many of our emotions and perception of reality. If the gut is unhealthy and imbalanced we can often feel exhausted, sluggish, drained, confused, congested and foggy.
Overall, I would definitely recommend trying this method of cleansing! It's MDP approved! I would highly recommend buying a proper kit with either the bucket or the silicone bag rather than the douche, for a deeper clean. I am going to purchase a proper kit for myself and incorporate this as part of my general health and wellness routine, especially for times like new years when we live to eat! I'd highly recommend doing it every so often, how much is up to your own body and your intuition. Do the research for what you feel would work best for you, but definitely give it a shot!
Stay Blessed, Stay High Vibin!
