The Higher Self is an aspect of our consciousness that operates beyond the veil of human illusion and is energetically a part of the oneness of all things. It is not separate from us, we are not void of it, however we must be open enough energetically to receive it’s guidance and hear/understand it’s messages. Usually your higher self will communicate with you in a way that is most easily comprehendible for you, it can be quite the comedian from experience! To know the difference between your higher self and your ego, there is a key element of unconditional love and higher vibrations.
Our “Spirit Guides” or “Team of Light” can be recognised as a vast number of divine beings (higher vibrational beings) who are primarily energy or galactic/multidimensional in nature. This can include the energy of your ancestors, any galactic beings that are guiding you, any angels or archangels, or any passed on loved ones that you are connecting with often. They are present to assist you on your journey through planet earth and can help you to find answers to questions as well as shield and protect you from harmful energies.
